Guest OS (ia32/ia32e/IA64): IA32 PAE
Change Set: 15699 ~ 15967

Bug detailed description:
--------------------------

HVM guest kernel is 2.6.18. It enables PAE.
Xen Changeset is 15699.

xen-platform-pci, xen-balloon and xen-vbd can be inserted successfully.
But inserting xen-vnif met failed:

Unknown symbol _supported_pte_mask

BTW, 64bit and 32bit (non PAE) HVM doesn't have this issue.  


Reproduce steps:
----------------
0. In IA32 env.
1. Download 15699
2. Build Xen
3. Uncompress a new Linux Kernel 2.6.18 for guest.
4. In 2.6.18 kernel, make menuconfig to select PAE (64G memory size)
5. Make kernel.
6. Go back to Xen and /unmodified\ driver to make PV drivers.
7. Copy the guest kernel and PV drivers to a IA32 Guest.
8. Boot IA32 guest with new kernel.
9. Insert PV drivers.
