I can reproduce that error every time I run IBM java 1.4.1 or 1.4.2 (haven't 
tried any other version, if there 
even is any). Sun's java 1.4.2-10 works without any problems. strace for ibm 
java will not cause soft 
lockup bug to appear.

Unfortunally I don't currently have possibility to try any later xen than what 
I am running currently.

Currently running xen-3.0.1-0.20060208.fc5.2 (from fc4.92) but I also tried 
xen-3.0.1-4 (from rawhide) 
and both will do soft lockup detected bug when running IBM java.
