Please can you try and determine a simpler test case.

Is there some particular LTP program that trigers it? Does it happen every run?

Can you repro on non-pae (probably unrelated)? Can you repro on other hardware? 
Is it possible to repro in dom0? (I imagine it requires an SMP guest).

When its in the wedged state, it would be good to use xenctx to collect stack 
dumps from the other CPUs (and see if they're wedged too)
