Ditto my comments on the flask module here, although I now see that the ACM 
code is in-tree already and doesn't all seem to follow the same coding 
conventions as the other Xen code I've worked on...  Hmmm.

I guess we ought to standardise on whether we're going to add this code using 
one style or the other before things get any more confusing, so it's perhaps 
not worth you fixing the things I've already commented on until we sort this 
out.
