The attached patch transforms the existing ACM security engine (sHype) 
into an XSM module.  The sHype module is consistent with the
functionality found in non-XSM Xen.

The patch should be applied to changeset 9694:d82a4c4d04d4 Xen 3.0.2-3
after application of the previously posted XSM patch from this series.

N.B. The first two words of the ACM policy were reordered to enable
discovery of ACM policies under XSM; therefore, all existing/previous
ACM policies need to be recompiled with ACM tools from this patch set.
