Eric,

I think the actual limit for XEN4 is hardcoded at 250 disks.

You could change in the source, but I don´t know the consequences.

Regards.

Assunto: [Xen-users] Xen limitations : 256 disks devices limit per hypervisor

Hello,

I've recently try to run a large number of linux domU/disks per domU. I use LVM for disks and Xen refuses to allow more than 256 disks (total for one hypervisor). Can somebody tell me which paremeter I could set to allow more disks devices ?

Regards

Seb.
