Well, they usually seem to go into /usr/lib/python/xen/ instead of into the 
more normal /usr/lib/python2.x/site-packages/ directory...

Search your filesystem (e.g. using find or locate) for XendRoot.py.  That 
should help lead you to where the modules are.
