You don't state the OS you want to run it on, but assuming it'ssomething that support perl-gtk you could try Argo -http://www.steve.org.uk/Software/argo/

You could also try XenStats - http://skaya.enix.org/wiki/XenStats ifyou don't mind using a web browser for your "GUI"
