I had the same problem, and got this answer from the mailinglist:

The work-around for me, at least with that kernel version, is to use the
xen package from < http://people.redhat.com/riel/xen_for_fc4/>. However
I've long since lost faith in having a stable xen server based on the
FC4 packages (and arguably the xen3 branch)

I just used the old Xen version that is available on the fedora installation CD (and prevent updating :-)
