[Xen-devel] [RFC] Xen paravirtual watchdog device [3/4]

Tools support for the virtual watchdog device.

Currently, this is used to support some extra status information for the 
guest, which may be useful in some circumstances.  The tools could usefully 
be extended to have more interaction with the watchdog for management 
purposes.
