I think we might want 'balloon' as a backwards compatible name, with it
not appearing in the help message. Comments?

Also, I'd like to see this as part of a wider campaign to rantionalize
the names and arguments of the xm commands. Let's be consistent as to
whether the command has add/del in the name, or takes a parameter to
indicate whether its an add or remove. 

Could someone propose the names and argments of the set of commands
they'd like to see?
