[Xen-changelog] [xen-unstable] [XEND] Make VBD.bootable in XendConfig kept as int.

[XEND] Make VBD.bootable in XendConfig kept as int.

This will prevent it from being displayed as 'False' and 'True'
everywhere in the device SXP.
