           Summary: Mediaportal TV Server RTSP streaming fails when vcpu=2
           Product: Xen
           Version: unstable
          Platform: x86-64
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Guest-OS
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: darrenfoo@xxxxxxxxx

Mediaportal TV Server is a backend TV streaming Windows application:
http://www.team-mediaportal.com and when vcpu=1 is set for the Windows DomU the
application works fine. TV Server uses RTSP for streaming TV to Mediaportal
clients. However, when vcpu=2 is set for the DomU RTSP fails(Windows shows 2
cpus in task manager) In the Mediaportal TV Server logs it states that the
client timed out. I will try to attach Wireshark network dumps for vcpu=1 vs
vcpu=2.
