After migration or save/restore during dom0 reboot the time stops. Examples:

* sleep and "vmstat 2" doesn't work (but respond to control+c)
* date returns always the same time.

The problem has been reported in Redhat Bugzilla also:

I use drbd to vbd replication and live migration.
