It seems that the GPLPV 0.9.10 (at least, although I think 0.9.8 and those
versions in between have same issue) when booting with /gplpv result in a blue
screen with exception code 0x0000007B or "NTLDR corrupted" message when the
DomU is configured for uni-processor (vcpu=1).  Also, if you try to boot using
safe-mode it will reboot after printing WINDOWS\system32\apcitabl.dat.

The above occurs when booting either the /gplpv kernel or the original Windows
boot.ini kernel.  I essentially could not get Windows to boot at all anymore. 
I even tried booting from CD and doing a repair of the install, which
afterwards resulted in the same symptoms.

Apparently changing my DomU configuration to vcpu=2 has resolved this and
allowed me to boot into Windows again and verify that the disk and network
devices are using the GPLPV drivers.
