Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On 32-bit win2k3/64bit hypervisor, if use pcnet nic, network will be broken
while copying big files. 
Following error happens in guest:
"The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an
application request."

ipconfig still prints ip info. But ping doesn't work anymore.



Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. give a NE2000 nic to a 32-bit winxp or 32-bit win2k3 on 64-bit hypervisor
configure it like this:
vif = [ 'type=ioemu, bridge=xenbr0, model=pcnet' ]
2. create the domain
3. copy big file from a Samba server to guest OS, then you will get it.
