Bug detailed description:

You try to create a VMX guest, but you will find that the qemu will always a
white window. if you 
try to destroy this guest, then xen0 hang. this issue exists on PAE only. 
No serial output available. 

Reproduce steps:

1. prepare a VMX guest
2. create the guest on PAE
3. destroy this guest
