Using changeset 14462 and 14552, 32bit smp and 32bit smp pae kernel panic on
boot:

01 00 00
Attempts to boot 32-bit smp and 32-bit smp pae hvms result in:
<01>Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt
Badness in smp_call_function at arch/i386/kernel/smp.c:595

32bit smp and 32bit smp pae hvms worked when I previously tested with changeset
14201, so they broke somewhere between 14201 and 14462 - suspect changesets
14391 and 14392.

qemu log, xend log, and serial console do not provide any additional info about
what is happening.
