Bug detailed description:

I use usb tablet driver for the mouse in windows guest, I can see that it works
and the mouse is 
easy to use. However, if I save and restore the guest, the mouse will no longer
use tablet driver 
again. The issue exists at least for xp and win2k3 guest.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. Set usb=1 and usbdevice='tablet' in the xmexample.hvm
2. Create a windows guest.
3. xm save the guest
4. xm restore the guest
5. Check if mouse use tablet driver

Current result:
----------------
The mouse will not use tablet driver after restore

Expected result:
----------------
The mouse will use tablet driver
