Bug detailed description:

guest can boot as normal, but when you try to kill any vmx guest, xen0 will
crash. this bug exists 
on both PAE & IA32e.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.prepare a vmx guest
2.create the guest
3.destroy it and you will see the bug.

Current result:
----------------
xen0 crash after vmx guest is destroy.
