Xen: installed Xen 3.0.4 from binary just as recommended

Network setting: as the new bridge style did not work I used the old xen bridge
style, see attachment

hardware is: Dell Poweredge 2950 with 8Gb Ram, two Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUs, dmesg
is attached

As the crash is immediatly there are no traces in log files and no kernel panic
is dumped onto the terminal.
