Running XEN 3.0.3, Ubuntu Edgy with Hypervisor from XENsource and Userland from
Ubuntu.

Upon reboot of a Guest OS in a HVM environment, the assigned NE2000 NICs are
then advertised as Realteak - which at the current state are not usable for
OpenBSD, thus rendering the OS without usable NICs.

The only solution so far is to shutdown the domain and create it anew.
