It occurs to me that this may interfere with Dom0's ability to map a foriegn
page frame, since the xlate logic depends on a Foriegn Machine Frame (MFN) to
not be a Valid Dom0 PFN.  So far the case that the Dom0 PFNs are not MFN
contiguous, but it is possible.

Since this ability is necessary for Dom0 apps to create and interract with
domains, I'm bumping the severity.
