thanks for the report. it seems the imported commands catch exceptions and
print out the traceback regardless. I've fixed this now for cfgbootpolicy, but
this problem probably exists in more than just cfgbootpolicy. 

I'm going to go through and fix those that I can find. However, cfgbootpolicy
should return a proper error message after changeset 11640.
