I think folks at NOVL identified this as a genuine Linux guest bug, provoked by
the HVM environment. I think they've created a patch for upstream. [linux
manages to reorder reads to the PS2 port]

We probably should to create a workaround to keep linux happy, but haven't
gotten around to this. Since Linux guests run much better fully-PV anyhow, its
not a priority.

You can always use a USB mouse or tablet as a workaround anyhow.
