in tool/ioemu/configure, it has a line

if libvncserver-config --version >& /dev/null; then

which will cause problem is the /bin/sh does not point to bash. For example, in
dash, it will be failed with a "bad fd number".

It would be better either use #!/bin/bash or get ride of this unportable
feature.
