I think this is because you have SCSI disk support compiled into the domU
kernel and it is conflicting with the xen blkfront driver.  You need to make
scsi disk support modular and then load scsi disk in the dom0 and blkfront in
the domU.

There might be another way to get both modules in together.  I'll investigate.
