BE domains need to have read access to the FE root node so that when domains
are shutdown, they still receive watch events and can perform their own
cleanup.

Proposed fix in DevController.py, createDevice():

Just after setting permission for frontpath, add the following lines:

                t.set_permissions(self.frontendRoot(),
                                  {'dom': self.vm.getDomid()},
                                  {'dom': backdom, 'read': True})
