Not sure what you mean by booting native 2.6.16.  I am able to run the minimal
SuSE option in the boot menu, which is booting with the same options that are
being passed to the modules in the Xen boot option.  The version listed is
2.6.13 though, not 2.6.16.  Is the Xen boot relying on features only available
in the 2.6.16 kernel?

As for trying the 32 bit versions, I am currently downloading both PAE and
non-PAE to try on this machine and will post updates with the success or
failure of each of those as I try it.
