It looks like Linux 2.6.15 reboots the system as soon as it is loaded
by Xen.

I use:

- Linux source from mercurial (http://xenbits.xensource.com/linux-2.6-xen.hg)
- xen3
   o eiher xen-unstable.hg
   o or xen-3.0-testing.hg

The config for Linux is located at
http://creme.schottelius.org/~nico/linux/debug/xen/dot-config-2.6.15-xen-domain0

This is my grub entry:
title           Xen 3.0.0 + 2.6.15
root            (hd0,0)
kernel          /boot/xen-3.0.0.gz dom0_mem=64000 console=vga
module          /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15-xen0 root=/dev/cciss/c0d0p1 ro console=tty0

boot
