[Xen-bugs] [Bug 463] SEDF does not honor cpu_weight

I was able to do a xend stop / start and xm commands started working again.  The
tdb file was corrupt and all domain names were Domain-1, Domain-2, etc.  I tried
a shutdown for all domains (using xendomains script) and got another Internal
server error, but without a traceback.
