I can't get it not to works here.

# fdisk /dev/vg/fulldev
/dev/vg/fulldev1               1          25      200781   83  Linux
/dev/vg/fulldev2              26          87      498015   83  Linux
/dev/vg/fulldev3              88         104      136552+  82  Linux swap

configuration file:

disk = [ 'phy:vg/fulldev,hda,w' ]

in domU

 ....
 hda:<6>xen_net: Initialising virtual ethernet driver.
 hda1 hda2 hda3 hda4
 ....

could you try latest unstable ?
